The Endeavour, Cook's ship, sets sail

In 1768, the Endeavour sailed across the world. On board were Joseph Banks, the naturalist and botanist, Daniel Solander, a doctor with a keen interest in the world of nature, Charles Green, an astronomer, and several artists: John Reynolds, Sydney Parkinson, Herman Sporing, and Alexander Buchan.
